Resetting your SmartLockr password can be done in a few steps on the SmartLockr platform, but only if you originally created your password there. Do you log on SmartLockr in with the credentials from your organization or Microsoft? Then you need to ask the admin from your organization how to change your password.
Resetting your password through the SmartLockr add-in:
If you are using the SmartLockr Microsoft Outlook add-in you can start reset your password using that. Follow the these steps to reset your password:
Step 1: At the SmartLockr login screen fill in your email address and click “Next”.
Step 2: Now click on “Forgot your password?”.
Step 3: Fill out your email address for confirmation and click “Submit”.
Step 4: You will now see the confirmation screen, click on “Back to login”.
Step 5: Close the SmartLockr add-in by clicking X in the top right corner.
Step 6: Open the email you just received and click “Reset password”.
Step 7: In this screen you need to fill out a few fields:
Your email address
Your new password
Your new password once more for confirmation
Step 8: After filling out all the field, please click “Reset password”.
Step 9: You’re done and ready to login again on our service!
Resetting your password through the SmartLockr admin portal:
You can rest your password in our Admin Portal if you don’t use the SmartLockr add-in or if you just prefer to use the admin portal.
Resetting your password on our admin portal goes as follows:
Step 1: Go to https://admin.smartlockr.eu in your preferred browser.
Step 2: Fill out your email address and click “Next”.
Step 3: Click on “Forgot your password?”.
Step 4: Fill out your email address for confirmation and click “Submit”.
Step 5: You will now see the confirmation screen, click “Back to login”.
Step 6: Open the email you just received and click “Reset password”.
Step 7: In this screen you need to fill out a few fields:
Your email address
Your new password
Your new password once more for confirmation
Step 8: After filling out all the field please click “Reset password”.
Step 9: You’re done and ready to login again on our service!
