You can set default messages to be sent along with an upload request. It is possible to set different default messages for different types of upload requests. Below you can read how to do that through the admin portal.
Adding default messages:
Step 1: Go to our admin portal and log in.
Step 2: Click on “Default messages”.
Step 3: Click on “Add Default Message”.
Step 4: Fill out the title in the “Message title” field.
Step 5: Fill out the text you want to add in the “Message body” field.
Step 6: Click on the “Add” button.
Step 7: You’re done! You can repeat steps 3 through 6 to add more default messages.
