In the logs in the admin portal, you can see the status of files or attachments messages sent using SmartLockr. As an administrator, you can block messages or attachments from all users when necessary. Users themselves can only see logs of their own messages or files. If you use the Outlook plug-in, users can always find and block their own emails and attachments there as well.

Viewing the logs in the SmartLockr admin portal:

Step 1: Go to our admin portal.

Step 2: Click on “Logs”.

Checking the status of a message:

Step 1: Look for the message or files you want to check and click on the Arrow.

Step 2: Click on the email address of the recipient you want to check.

Step 3: Now you can see if that person has already opened the message and/or downloaded the files.

Blocking the email and/or all files for all recipients:

Step 1: Look for the message or files you want to block and click on the Arrow.

Step 2: Click the toggle called Block this:. After confirming your choice, you will see the image below.:

If Secure message was used, all contents (including the text of the email) will be blocked for everyone. If Secure file was used, all files will now be blocked for everyone.

Blocking one or more recipients:

Step 1: Look for the message or files you want to block and click on the Arrow.

Step 2: Click on the three dots on the line of the recipient you want to block.

Step 3: Click Block this recipient.

Step 4: Click Yes in the confirmation screen.

Step 5: Repeat steps 1 through 4 again to block more recipients if necessary.
