It occurs that a bank or insurer indicates that there's an error or bug from SmartLockr, regarding to the links that are sent to download the attachments.
Some have a policy that it’s not allowed to open links (from SmartLockr).
The bottom line is that these authorities / recipients must be informed correctly about receiving links from SmartLockr. Because when links are being sent by SmartLockr, it means that these are secured well. And therefore communication via SmartLockr is safe.
