It may happen that you have sent a file, and you will hear from the receiver that the download button is not clickable. The following can be the case:
- the file is so large (for example> 2GB) that the upload is still in progress, but the e-mail has already been sent. In that case, wait a moment and try again.
- it may also be that it is a relatively small file. In that case, there is a good chance that the upload of the file did not go well. The 'Upload Manager' is not activated in that case, but the mail has been sent.
To solve this, go to the installation folder where AttachingIT is installed. The default location is often: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ AttachingIT. In this folder you see the file 'AttachingIT.Desktop.Uploader'.
This is the Upload Manager. Double click on this file to activate it. It is very likely that he will upload the files and automatically link them to the e-mail of the recipient. Now check again whether the link (download button) works.
