Do you have problems with the installation of Smartlockr?

Smartlockr is available in 2 primary versions: 

  • Single-user installer
  • All-user installer

There is also a version of Smartlockr that supports SMTP Relay. You can only use this version of Smartlockr if your organization is already using SMTP Relay. Otherwise, Smartlockr will not work.

Usually, an IT partner or IT department takes care of this in collaboration with Smartlockr. They will also provide you with the correct Smartlockr software, so there's no need for a manual installation on your end. 

Most Smartlockr users will use the single-user version of our installer. However, if you share your computer, we advise you to use the all-user installer. If you have any problems installing Smartlockr, you can try and install the other version.
