Before you click on 'send' in the mail, you will see a confirmation screen (depending on your settings). Here you can check whether the recipients and attachments have been selected correctly. You can adjust a lot of settings here.
You have to make the adjustments in the Windows registry. Are you not familiar with this? Then ask your local system administrator to make these adjustments.
You can find the settings at this location:
I would like to be able to confirm all attachments with one button 'confirm all attachments'
Reg Key: ConfirmAllAttachments
I would like to be able to confirm all recipients with one button 'confirm all recipients'
Reg Key: ConfirmAllRecipients
I don’t want to confirm the attachments in the confirmation screen
Reg Key: ConfirmAttachments
I do not want to confirm the recipients in the confirmation screen
Reg Key: ConfirmRecipients
I want to have the plug-in turned off by default because I do not use it that often
Reg Key: AttachingitInitialDisabling
Note: you are now sending unsecured files to the recipient
