How do you add a default email address to an upload portal?

Upload portals enable your customers to easily send you files. In this article, we will help you to change the settings of your upload portal(s) so you can preconfigure the email address for visitors of the upload portal.

This enables visitors to send you files even faster and gives you control over where the notification emails come in.

The configuration goes as follows:

  1. Are you an admin for Smartlockr? If so, please visit https://admin.smartlockr.eu
  2. Click on "upload portal"
  3. Click on the three dots and click on "edit"
  4. Enable the checkbox for "customer email address"
  5. Enter the email address (for example: noreply@smartlockr.eu)
  6. Click on "create email or domain" 
  7. Save your changes

That's it! Visitors to this upload portal will not see the "to" field anymore.
