You have just sent an e-mail to a number of recipients, when you discover that the e-mail has been sent to someone who is not allowed to receive the e-mail/attachments. Luckily, you can easily block the e-mail yourself, per user.
To do this, open Microsoft Outlook and go to the 'sent items' folder. Make sure that the e-mail is shown in a preview. This can be recognized by a bar (right or bottom) in Outlook where the e-mail is shown as an example.
At the bottom you’ll see 'Attachments sent via AttachingIT'. In this overview you can see all the attachments that have been sent via AttachingIT. Block the attachments by clicking with the right mouse button , or make all submitted files unavailable right away.
Don’t you see the reading window in Outlook? Go to the tab 'View'> 'Reading window' and make sure it is displayed on the right or bottom of your Outlook.
